Shipping Policy
We partner with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, along with local couriers. This allows us to ship directly to your door and offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
You will be charged when you place your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Process
We typically require 2–5 working days to fulfill your order and transport it to the carrier’s sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order includes popular items with limited stock availability.
Once your order has entered the shipping process, no changes can be made, including address changes. Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout.
We ship on business days only and do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates due to differences in manufacturing partner locations.
Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility.
For some carriers, tracking information may take several days to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us.
Deliveries
Shipping times vary by country or region. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Estimated shipping times (business days only, excluding the 2–5 day processing period):
United States: 7–14 business days
Canada and Europe: 10–14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 10–21 business days
Mexico, Central America, and South America: 15–30 business days
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, or other disruptions.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control or predict these fees.
If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer is responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We rely on carrier tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations when reviewing damage or return requests. Claims may not be honored if they are not reported promptly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Orders begin processing immediately, and changes cannot be made once an order has been placed. If an order has already been processed for shipment, it cannot be retrieved for an address change.
